I haven’t opened the combustion chamber. I have pics of it before they closed it up. How it looks in the manual and how mine looks are different? . Mine is like this !

There are 2 little metal pipes coming out of the fan , the tubes are pushed onto those and then just onto the APS . I’m guessing the 2 little metal pipes out of the fan are the parts of the Venturi that are inside the fan housing ? Then the other half’s fit onto those then the tubes go to the...

Cheers , on the actual boiler , there is no Venturi, they are missing. All there is is just the 2 tubes out the fan into the APS

Ok , il book someone in to fit this and see if it resolves it .

My Vokera HE 25 intermittently gets the Red Light of Death. Normally you just turn it off , wait 30 seconds turn back on & away it goes . Sometimes it runs for days , others it Red lights within minutes or hours. Had a service plan but didn’t renew it as they seemed to have no clue what...
