Thanks for the quick reply! Do you know what's probably caused this to suddenly come on? Is is a cause of the washers are worn or the arm is slightly corroded and not letting the water through to fill up the tank quick enough? I'm keen to learn! Cheers.

My house is four years old but suddenly we have heard loud humming in the pipes when the hot water is used. Is this a concern considering it's been fine up until now? Any advice would be much appreciated
