    No worries, thanks for your replies. As you appear to know about the boiler and fault, rough price? Is the boiler in general a bit rubbish (House is new build, so didn't spec boiler)? Is it worth a replacement or if I get the fault fixed is it likely to last at least 3 - 5 years...
