    The kitchen is on a different circuit and is not going to feed the switches for the conservatory or outside light just the kitchen switch which is part of the 3 gang. so 2 of the switches on the 3 gang would have their own feed and one of the switches would just be 2 way with the kitchen...

    Oh thats brilliant thanks was getting quite puzzled there so by concealed you mean the wiring to the appliance being chased in the wall for example . Heaters are just in a large room for a creche so would u say that due to there being kds around RCD protection would be required

    Thanks for quick response will hunt down hager ones so , The wiring is in surface mounted plastic trunking and each 2 kw heater is approx 15 metres away and 20 metres away so im running 4mm singles to supply these . So would you reccomend RCD protection or RCBO then ? Im actually doing this...

    Hi there just about to go and buy 2 16 amp MCB s for 2 panel heaters im installing however I was just wondering would the MCBs have to be Hager ones or would any other makes do , the boards only 6 months old and is Hager .....plus would I need RCBOs instead of MCB s for these heaters...

    Am I right in working out the current drawn on one heater would be current = 2000 watts / 230 v = 8.69 amps so If I use a 16 amp breaker that would be adaquate anyone willing to confirm this would be much appreciated

    No its a big garage seperate from the house hes a mechanic does his own jobs at home the pump is down at the river about 20 feet from the garage and the pump will pump water into his garage he lives in the country so wants something permanent there .....I will be having a good look at this...
