I'm trying to do the odds and sods jobs that I've been putting off at the end of our 2 year renovation. I've just taken the old ceiling rose out from the landing and the wires I have going on to the existing light, don't seem to have any comparison to the new. Even the instruction book...
To quote the advisory record. It has been turned off "is at risk" due to no white cover on boiler unit. It is not immediately dangerous, but the guy said that in order to issue to notice, he had to shut it down. No other issues. Just a lack of a cover. How does that affect my safety?
You may have to clarify what the funny part of my question is. I have a completely shut down boiler and need to know if there is anything specific I have to do in order to restart it.
