Thanks Taylor... yes, I've mentioned to the architect that we want a horizontal section boarded in across the apex of the ceiling, so we can mount downlights without affecting the insulation. Good point about the steam, looks like IP65 in the en-suite then... Daryll.

Yep, we love ours... just push the button to start, when the light stops flashing you know its up to the preset temp, and you can step in without getting frozen or scalded... :mrgreen: They're not cheap, especially the pumped versions, but I'd certainly have another... and probably will...

Do I detect some sarcasm there Lower..?? :) Yes, if the water is off the tank empties quickly, but as I've said, I'm asssuming that the tank also empties, albeit slower, when it is refilling from the mains.

Ok, thanks Gents for all your replies. Maybe I was worrying too much... i'll have a look in the tank when someone is in the shower and see how low the level gets. The suggestion of another ballvalve, or a bigger one, is probably the easiest thing to try before putting in another tank...
