Firestone's EPDM isn't as strong as the salesman like to make out.
Yup, the GRP is most definitely handy on situations like Balcony's or roofs with penetrations. FormFlash is not cheap and a major PITA if you have lots of flashing to do!

No, 18mm OSB should not go on top, this is what your main decking should be on top of the joists.
So;
Joists, then 18mm OSB3, then Kingspan, then your ply substrate on top whether it be the 6mm board on the kingspan or overboard it with 9 or 12mm OSB 3/2. Then its ready for EPDM.
Is the Polycarbonate Dome Rooflight just a Single skin Dome?
Typically, larger Dome Rooflights like this should be triple skin, this will give better Sound Insulation!

Typically to supply and fit EPDM, depending where you are in the country it is around £60M2. This is EPDM materials only, and wont include OSB, scaffolding etc etc...
For a 5m2 Roof I would say £500 tops...

Kingspan and Celotex both do a boarded Insulation, which EPDM can be applied directly to that btw.
But securing the 12mm OSB3 to the Insulation is always a good idea, as its not so flimsy.

A - The Glue (both WBA and Contact) should be applied in nice thin and even coats
