So I'm trying to remove the beading of the glazing on my new rear UPVC door, because it's currently glass, and I want to change it for a UPVC panel with a cat flap (so when we go to sell the house, I can swap out the cat flap panel for the glazing again)

Yeah, I was thinking about creating some plywood contraption, though there don't appear to be any capping screws that I can see.. unless they're under the leading? Sorry if I'm missing something stupid, I've not played around with a conservatory before and I'm not really sure what's holding it...

Does the door catch on the bottom edge when opening/closing? - No
With the door open, does lifting it from the bottom outer corner (on the side where the handle is) cause any movement in the door? - Vertically there's perhaps half a mil movement...
Long story short, a few years back a bought a house from somebody that apparently botched everything. I've finally made it around to looking at the conservatory door, which is.. interesting.
I don't really see any adjustment on the hinges, but there's a visible gap to the outside if you look at...
