    I have 2 pipes at the top right and 2 on the bottom. I'm still yet to locate the pump though. The pipes go out into a corner of the kitchen and then up a boarded column. Hre is a photo of th front of the boiler.

    If I understand you correctly, no the boiler isn't firing when I switch n the heating, but it does when I do the hot water. As far as I'm aware, I don't have a thermostat. We just switch on the heating and hotwatter via the Honeywell controller. Is the valve something located on the pump or...
