might be 8-10 years -my mate is council plumber-he services it every year - system has inhibitor in it and anything i let out is reasonably clean -temp guage not worked for over a year but hasn,t affected system before -

i have an 8 year old biasi which up till now has been fairly reliable but now getting various faults - boiler firing up on c/h then running until it overheats and cuts out sometimes not cutting out untill after very hot water is expelled - pump running but won,t fire up...

will try float first then front sensor cheers

sorry should have mentioned stats seem ok

dryer not heating have checked for power at elements and all is fine but won,t heat up any ideas ?
