Could someone please tell me what the minimum height from the ground level to the bottom of both the gas and electric meter boxes should be. Both boxes a the flush type.
I have read on a few pages they should be 450mm for electric and 500mm for gas however I have seen properties in my area...

The back of the box will be covered by studwork/insulation/plasterboard/plaster/paint :) so that is not an issue.
The meter will be less than 2 metres from the front of the property.

Chappers, spoke to the BCO again today, was told Tri-ISO can't be used. However they did come up with another solution:
50mm ventilation, 50mm celotex, Thinsulex
I will still lose about 30mm more than I want to but its better 75mm.
Would you know what U value the Building Regs are after for the flat roof?
