The plaster on one wall in my new extension still hasn't dried out after 5 weeks ! I have had 2 fans blowing on the wall for at least 2 weeks now, and I have been heating the room to 22degrees during the night. What has caused this ? What else can I do to dry it out ? The plasterer assures me...

I bought an Aga enamelled cast iron stove pipe to colour-match a Dovre stove, but the pipe is slightly too large to fit into the collar on the stove. Can I file down the enamel surface of the pipe to make it fit ? Or is there a better way ?
