thanks .. no access for vehicles.. :) and its a good 5 minute walk ..

not realy looking out the front window at a brick wall ...i have ever green trees that will hide most of it..and the couch is a corner unit that runs infront of the window as we have bifold doors at look out onto the water.:) ive asked council for permission to lower kerb and was given a bill...

both neighbours say " it was there when they moved in " :(

Morning guys , ive been thinking of transforming half of my slopped front garden into a driveway,,The house its self is stepped down bellow the foot path and side road.. and the back over looks the water..so for the sake of looking out the front window and seeing a brick wall does not bother...

just do it or get planning permission

i had a look lastnight, and the frenchdoors are directly under the upstairs bedroom window,but there is a gap under the window sill and roughcast....could this be the culprit....and if so whats the best way of sealing or filling the gap in this weather ,,,,,,HELP please although i like the mrs...

well those high windsrips a few tiles off...:( but ive managed to put those plastic strips up under the last row of tiles and into the gutters at the wknd there. And tonight i come home to the same problem... a leak from the same place..... insurance job i think now.....

yup its gonna be a cold house lol......ive waited 2 weeks im sure ill survive till saturday....buffalo shirt and softie jacket at hand..
