    LPG gas cooker, wholly non-electric?

I was hoping not to end up having to do that. I contacted one supplier and asked whether I could use a battery pack with 8 AA batteries in series, but apparently the ignition needs the amps supplied by a car-type 12VDC battery. [/url] Spinflo - all non-mains ones need 12V I think. I'll check...

    LPG gas cooker, wholly non-electric?

Thanks for this. Unfortunately it's 50cm x 50cm, and Beko describe it as having "mains ignition", as they do all the cookers they currently ship, but I've emailed them just in case! With some cookers, the rings can be manually lit but the oven can't. D

    LPG gas cooker, wholly non-electric?

Hi, where can I get hold of a gas cooker (including hob, grill, and oven) that is wholly non-electric and uses LPG? Nowadays, all the ones I've found have required an electricity supply, at least for the oven. And if I get one, will it be legal for a Gas-Safe registered plumber to install it...
