Could be, says "Ideal Standard" on the front. Don't see any model numbers on it (or inside front cover)

I have an Ideal Combi boiler (approx 5 yrs old) and if I have both the heating and water on at the same time there is a fairly loud groaning noise coming from the unit. If I have either the heating or water on seperately everything is fine. Any ideas?
