    You need a RGI through to door to have a boo and advise accordingly...a combi might not be an option. As to the make....standard of the install is all...the 'best' boiler can fail if the install is a bodge....lots of examples on here.

    You're a landlord...leave the repair to Biasi, unless of course, you're also a RGI.....
