Hi Tony,
Happy to report groaning noise has stopped. Maybe mains pressure related, has been fluctuating a bit and higher than usual some days.
PCB failure probably was because boiler flooded. But it failed a couple of weeks after the flooding was cured so can't be sure.
We have an...
Hi All,
Do I need to worry?
The boiler is 5 yrs old, reliable until Jan when a condensate leak corroded through the return pipe inside the boiler. Then main circuit board needed to be replaced in Feb.
Problem now is just a very loud groaning/vibrating noise which only happens just...
Hi all,
Tried a soldering iron on the split plastic spray arm seam & it's worked a treat. I even smoothed over rough edges with a nail board, just to add a craftsmanlike finish.
The machine is running as I type & it's now dry as a bone on the outside.

Will try to...

This machine is 9 years old but in otherwise perfect order, so seems worth saving. I've checked the seals & they seem in very good condition & clean. It's filling, cleaning & emptying OK. I've run it through with cleaner twice. I've...
Hi All,
I'm installing a Glow worm 30cxi, with Glow worm timer (if I'd have found this site earlier I'd have probably got something different! too late now as it's delivered & the pipes connected to jig, ce la vie)
I've bought a Horstman DRT1 digital room thermostat. It is battery powered...
