oh ok, so do you think the area in which the thermostat sits in is getting iced up and giving out a false temp then?

Do you think that's all it is? blocked up with ice? if so why does it work when the FF is on?

Hi got a problem with my fridge freezer, it appears the fan doesn't work, then the fridge warms up, and teh freezer defrosts. If i put the FF (Fast Freeze) button on, the fan kicks in and it starts to cool down. If the FF is switched off the fan will stop, despite it not being at the set...
