Hi, The model No is RS21DCNS The control panel is built into the same module on the door and the manual states it says it is the Control Panel (With Dispenser) This is all the info I can find, The module does not have its own Model No by what I can see. Thanks DTR

Hi, The flap on my ice dispenser is not closing correctly, it closes most of the way then I have to push it slightly again for it to close completely. Has anyone got a quick fix for this problem? Thanks DTR

Hi, My Pressure vessel is full of water, I cannot see how to replace this unless the boiler is removed from the wall, as it sits in a slight recess therefore i do not have the room to slide it out the side. I have what appears to be an easy option of connecting a external PV into the boiler...

Hi, My boiler works fine on hot water but when the heating is on the pressure keeps rising and lifts the safety valve. Then when it cools down it needs to be topped up or it trips out on low pressure. Any ideas as to why it is over pressurising? Thanks DTR
