I've just purchased a Victorian Property and noticed that the ceilings are in fairly bad nick, besides the artex points are damaged (asbestos) What would the best approach be to replace the ceilings ? How much should a ceiling cost to replace ie per sq/m sq/ft Thanks dzdale
