Hi.croydoncorgi & baxpoti Thanks for your speedy reply when the boiler needs resetting there is a green ON light and above this is the RESET light which is red and both lights are constant. The number of the boiler is GC 47-075-16. Hope this info is useful to you. Cheers

Was fitted in our loft August 2005 having to continually RESET it started about 5 months ago was once as day now increased to 3/4 times.Boiler on summer setting fitter has been to it twice plus it was serviced 4 weeks ago. No improvement.
