    The machine does not turn at all in a wash cycle, simply fills with water and then trips out. But it can run a spin or "freshen up" cycle. Mainly I am looking for any tips on what I could do before calling out an engineer.

    Well it doesn't really turn. The water fill sequence runs. At the point that completes and then the dial clicks around the the next phase of the cycle, that is "power out" time. Is that still a heater issue? Not being an expert, what are my options?
