I'm trying to find a hinge similar to this in order to fit a new mdf door. I think they are called face fix/frame hinges but not having any luck finding one suitable for a door 12mm thick as the hinge cup depth is too deep. Can anyone please point me to the right hinge?

I've highlighted it in yellow on one of the pictures. That gasket/piece is missing in between the other windows. Goggled wedge gaskets but that doesn't look the same. It's more like an upside down T shape

During some renovating I realised our bay window has a water leak. Will remove and reapply the silicone sealant on the external sill (where the sill meets the window frame) to try fix this. Just wondering though, looking at the windows from inside, one of them has some sort of seal/gasket...

I'm having a similar issue on my Ford Focus 1.6, found some fluid the Spark Plug boots which was causing alot of noise when driving, this has been resolved but now noticed the Coolant level decreases quite quickly. What does this indicate? And roughly how much would a repair cost? Any help...
