thanks for the reply, i probably should have mentioned the boiler is baxi back boiler system and the heating and water work off a programmed Honeywell timer. can i not just use the existing three wires already in place for the wireless receiver ?

Hoping someone can help me, i currently have an old Honeywell thermostat which i would like to change to a new Honeywell wireless thermostat as this will allow me to re-position the thermostat into a different room. My old thermostat has three wires Red/Blue/Yellow as shown below...
