    You and me both mate, got pretty much the same problem. I've been told it's the motorized valve ( when I had no heating ) but god knows what it is now coz I got no hot water either now.

    exactly where should the lever be in normal operation? Auto, Manual or in the middle? When it is pushed across to manual it returns to a central position. And to cap it all, it seems like we've got no hot water now :cry:

    Yeah, looked at that, it's got an auto and manual setting. Push and hold it in manual and the water seems to flow. But wouldn't the pump kick in? That's not happening but I have to admit the motorized valve has been a bit rattly of late. Thanks for the advice. Will hit with large - very large...

    I've got a Honeywell programmer on my system. At the moment I'm getting hot water as timer set to continuous. Boiler kicks in when hot water is run. Heating is set on timers too but it doesn't seem to be triggering the boiler. Do you reckon the programmer is up the creek? or is there something...
