Cheers Andrew Its an upgrade from a 7.5kw shower, the wife wanted a 9.6kw but I wasnt keen on replacing the existing 6mm cable to a 10mm

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to wire a 8.5kw shower using 6mm T/E. The length of run is 5 metres and is clipped direct also can you tell me the mcb size. Cheers
