Hi Guys Can anyone please tell me if changing the door seal on a Tecnik TKL 9260 is a reasonable job to do? I have been told that because of the way the seal fits on the drum, that the drum has to be lifted out. Which would make it beyond ecconomical repair. Any advice would be...

Cheers, thats how we used to do them or should I say our welder did. My then boss used to spec them up. What did you do for design/sizes? of the vertical diameter? Add up the cross sectional area of all F & R's and allow a bit? or am I over simplifying it.

Yep that's what I call a Low Loss Header or Low Velocity Header. Do you guys have any contacts for suppliers of manufactured LL headers? We used to make or own a few years ago, before they became popular, but I dont have my welder contacts anymore. :(
