Ok, so I need a valve service kit for a Ideal Mini C.
Do you have a part number for it? I've been ripped off once for this and I'd like to know exactly what to get so I don't end up buying the wrong thing, or too much.
Thanks for the reply.
I don't know what the gland assembly is and can't find it in a google search. Can you tell me what part it is in the diagram above and do you know the part number please?
Thanks for the information, you were right. In the end, I got someone to come and look at it. There was water going up from the green part into the pink part (it was wet inside) and this was causing the fuses to blow. He just dried out the pink part and put everything back together and all was...
dreamcatcher - did you find a solution to this?
I am having exactly the same problem - a small leak where the pink and green parts join and the clip (part 392) is rusty. I have not tried to remove the clip, just noticed that it is rusty/wet.
The boiler blew two fuses earlier in the...
I have a baxi 105e instant boiler. All was working well until a couple of days ago.
I decided to test it by turning all of the radiators in the house to maximum (they all have thermostatic valves). They all got hot but within half an hour the boiler shut down. I found it was due to the...

They are the part number you said, but they are not listed for my boiler.
I found that my boiler is leaking from where the pump is screwed in. The leak is from the housing around the top screw (there are two screws holding the pump in - one at the top right and one at the bottom).
I think it is the o ring that has failed and I'd like to know where I can get a...
I know what I did wrong. My boiler is a baxi instant 105e.
I got the correct part and fitted it and the boiler is working again.
Anyone want to buy a diaphragm repair kit for a baxi 105e?
poxi: I got the part you recommmended and the diaphragm in it is twice the size as the one in the boiler. I took the diaphragm from the boiler and it has split.
Here is a picture of the kit I bought and the diaphragm that came from the boiler.

Any ideas about what has gone wrong?
