ok guys thanx for your input, too bigger job 4 me sounds like a job for mr plumber, any ideas on how much i'd expect to pay?

has anybody had probs with this system?? running hot water and i get central heating coming on heating radiators(when running a bath). batteries ok in unit. wondering if it could pcb in boiler unit, but i've only just started getting this prob been fine for years any help much appreciated :?
