I recon your pipes pulled off inside the metal hose casing, just unscrew it from the shower head and check, you may be able to reattatch it or at worse buy a new hose.

Hi Ive just fitted a Mira Advance Thermostatic ATL shower. When i turn the water on via valve it just flows non stop straight through the shower and out of the hose?? Ive followed all instructions , priming etc ( little blue button ) but still the same, any one had this problem or any ideas :(
