    John, hopefully you can help me again! Bolier works and so do radiators but no hot water comes out of taps! (but it does with the emersion heater on) Have you got any ideas??!! Geraldine

    John, You were right about the water not circulating but it was some sort of 'breather valve' in the water pipe above the boiler which had become clogged up with lime scale (?). Sorry for delayed thanks. Computer went wrong! geraldine

    I have a Concord WRS 255 boiler (very ancient) which fires up for 45 seconds and then stops. I have changed the thermocoupler in the past which has solved the problem. Unfortunately it hasn't this time! Can any one help please? Geraldine
