Pic 1 is switch by door into lounge. pic2 is switch by back door (we dont use this switch) pic3 is light at back of room pic4 is light at front of room

Hi all new on here. In our lounge we have 2 light fittings 3meters apart, on the wall by the door into the lounge there is a single switch which turns on/off both lights. By the back door there is another switch which also turns on/off the same lights, what i'm wanting to know is can theses...
