Hi guys my friend has a pub and is wanting to gst the bar top re done. So after some advice on how to re do a bar top. Is it a case of to sand it all the way back to the wood and then restain in the same colour (walnut) and then apply a clear top coat? Any advice would be great thanks.

Hi guys ive read a few posts on what to do with the gap between the laminate and skirting. In the flats I live in they have siliconed every room on the floor and up thr patio doors and windows. All around the patio door frame has now peeled up on one edge and on sevetal places on the floor...

Where is the cartridge.? In the last picture I put on you can see a rubber washer and some mesh. Is tgat it? i dont know how to rake it off

I took the end off and it still drips from here.. I dont know how to take any more off or whats behind the mess and washer..?

Hi guys iv just fitted a mixer tap into the kitchen noticed a drip. Disconnected hot and cold pipes no water comes through the isolators when off. But when they were connected if the hot was on then it dripped. Any ideas where I should be looking I took some pics of thr tap. Thanks

There is no time scale. There is already hot and cold water in there so waste runs into a man hole at the side of the garage.
