My tenant has pulled the handle off the window and lost the square long pin that links the handle to the window lock. The locking mechanism won't budge and may have been left in the locked position. Where can I get a new square long pin from please?

Anyone know where I can source this sort of hook please? Hope photo has been added! Used to buy at Homebase but no longer stocked.

Sorry for the delay and thanks for your reply. We have now taken a measurement and the diameter of the shade is 25 1/2 inches and the diameter of the hole which goes over the bulb is 3 inches. It is a screw fit. Don't mind if it is clear or opaque.

Outside lighting: can anyone tell me where I can buy a shade for an outside light without having to buy the entire unit. Glass shade is a globe approx. 10cm diameter. Shop or internet will do. Thank you
