Its not connected to the meter yet, but there is a supply available. SGN came and tested it. It runs under a concrete floor so you can't see down the pipe. Sucked it again today, twice and nothing coming through.
I'm just getting new heating installed and was told there was no supply. I found a supy but it was uncapped and there was a wee bit water and grit in it. I sucked it out with a wet dry hoover till it dry. My installer has said he's not happy to fit to it as it will come up eventually breaking...

I've recently got HIVE installed and I have a tank in a cupboard and the boiler in the garage. When I try to get only hot water, the heating comes on too. Not the best scenario as I won't be able to get hot water without heating. Can anyone advise. BG coming back out but I want a valid argument...

He said to buy that stuff and add the rccb to the mains box but to have a 13a fused spur on the wall outside the toilet. He didn't say what direction the wires go. spur>rccb>bath or bath>spur>rccb. Only advised, not doing the work, too busy!
