Thanks, but it is a conventional system with a breather pipe at the header tank, so there is no real pressure. I have put fernox superconsentrate noise remover in and it has helped. Have you any other ideas.

I have this chugging sound which is like a steam train in the distance, It seems to come from the boiler. have you any ideas?
