Thanks. It's a 40e. I have looked at the instructions but it doesn't say much. The reset button underneath doesn't click, there is no resistence. Should there be a pilot light showing in the window all the time as there isn't one at the moment?

Hello. I have a Potterton Netaheat Profile which wont start and there isn't a pilot light showing. I don't have the manual so don't know what model number it is. Can anybody tell me how I get the cover off it for starters? Thanks.
