Not yet, have taken out chip to reboot system, and can get into engineer mode but not sure how to reprogramme A, B, C

changed battery on alarm, now reset and tried 1234A, enter exit tone comes on and goes off once exit door is open and shut, the alarm appears to set but does not, does it need reprogramming
