I'm putting stone z clad on my house front I've nocked the old render off but there's some big pits in the block, adhesive can be bed 15mm thick but some of the pits are deep, my question is can I create a flat sirface by filling with something first to flatten then apply adhesive on top?

Hi, I'm looking at getting some stone cladding on the front of my house, its currently rendered with stones in it, can i adhesive the cladding straight on or should it be removed?

I have an unvented cylinder already from a job, it only has 2 elements and no coil. I was thinking of leaving the kitchen on the combi and putting the unvented on the bathrooms?

I have an oil combi 12/18 which doesn't really cut it for hot water having 2 bathrooms. Can i tee in an electric element only unvented to the hot supply? Or do i have to disconnect hot supply and leave one tap on boiler then pipe in unvented separately. Thanks

I didn't want to go poking round insife the burner as its hard to access, I've traced it back to faulty 2 port, noise was pipes vibrating due to bypass

Its a riello rdb its not noisy all the time.

Hi I'm hoping for some help, i have the same sort of thudding sound when the boiler switches off now and then and my RCD had tripped a couple ofbtimes although this may be a coincidence, I've eliminated any water pump and valve issues but wondering if its a new motor needed. Regards

I've recently had my house rewired all is working ok but when i plug in my socket tester on both ring mains there is a neutral fault, would this indicate a fault at the board or has a neutral popped out on a socket? How would i locate this neutral without removing sockets? Only thing that is...

Its currently wired through a programmer with the LR and LS link in, should i just remove the programmer and use the LR and LS connections? It needs a wire for the DHW though
