    Checked with another 3 way valve + actuator but still having same problem. Basically when everything switched to OFF on programmer boiler still kicks in. It doesn't stay on constantly, it will work and then stop again. So something tells boiler to switch on, but what? Any ideas anyone...

    Installing Honeywell DT92E

    Right guys, I just had a blonde moment, but long story short- it works, done it the way D_Hailsham advised. Thank you guys!!! BTW is it me or thermostat shows higher temperature than it really is? I have room thermometer and it's readings are 3-4 degres lower....
