Hi - had a plasterer PVA and skim plaster over previously polytexed walls and ceiling. He said wait a week till the plaster is dry before painting. Have waited 10 days till plaster looked pink and dry and painted using Dulux Vinyl Matt thinning first coat with water in line with recommendations...
