no obvious reset button , tried turning mains power off and back on but still the same . How do I check these other things?

Hi, I got up this morning and my boiler wouldnt work . Red led lit saying low pressure so I let in more water to get the pressure up, bled radiators(no air came out) and then let a little more water in. The pressure gauge now reads 1.5 bar but the led is still lit and boiler still not working...
