Alas, just tried both of your tips but it's still running cold.
It's only used in a guest bedroom so although I put it in in 2005 it can't have ben used more than 30 times.
Now I know when I bought it, I know where and I know I registered it with aqualisa but can't find the receipt! hope...
Hiya,
Wonder if someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
I installed an Aqualisa Digital shower in 2005 and it has worked fine up to today when it won't give me any hot water!
Everything seems to work ok, it's pumping and the pressure is good, there is hot water in the...
I have a normal sort of bath which has a slight lip and inclines down into the bath. I have fitted a Daryl shower screen which has a large glass swinging aperture. When my wife ordered it she speced it so the door open out away from the bath. This obviously means it has to overcome the slight...
I used ISOFLEX which came as a thick black rubber type paint. My main problem was the joints between the corrugated joints where water was seeping under then running down the inside of the panel. I got away with painting the joints with an overlap of about 8 inches. It takes a bit of drying and...
I have a double length detached garage built circa 1976. The roof is leaking through the joints in what I believe is asbestos cement corrugated roofing. Around the area of the joint water seeps through and I can see some of the roof is damp.
I really do not want to replace the roof, I intend...
Thanks for your help,
Managed to get them from http://www.principality-ph.co.uk/
Only £2.50 each plus carriage, seemed a bit of a bargain. Not quite so easy to fit though without taking off the door but we got there in the end. Nice to know the door isn't going to fall off the next time...
Now I really do hope someone can help me with this, time may be getting short!
My back door is a UPVC door with three hinges and they are very similar to the hinges offered for sale on Screwfix at: -

The difference is mine...
Excellant reply...thanks,
You are right about the smell...my house still stinks...of course the decorators are long gone!
But at least now I understand why I should aspire to being able to use 'trade' paint and have a perfect finish...thanks again..

I have just had some decorating done and saw the decorator just used dulux trade paint. The finish seems okay but has run in a couple of places, nothing that worrys me that much.
My query is what is 'trade' paint and how does it differ to what I would buy...i.e non drip / one coat stuff. Is...
Thanks for the Web Sites, plucked up the courage yesterday to dismantle it and found the 'gearbox' was now in two pieces, no wonder it didn't work too well.
Spoke to the second company this morning and now I have a new one on way to me.
Now to see if I can fit it!
I wonder if someone might be able to help me. I have a pair of Rehau Tilt & Slide Patio Doors that I know are at least 6 years old and more likely much older.
They have always been a little difficult to close and usually have had to put my foot on the bottom to engage the bolts and move the...
Thanks for the replies, bit the bullet and bought a Quartz, Axis looks good but a wee bit expensive for my taste. Pump and control unit being very low profile is just the thing for putting alongside the bath...
