Yes, the gas burners are on, and the pump sounds like its on, but the pipes dont heat up, even the pipes from the bolier to the hot water tank. The water comes out of the taps as usual, just not hot.

I came to switch on my heating, and the boiler appears to come on, but my water and heating don't get hot. The pilot light appears to be lit, but the pipes just dont heat up. Its a Glow-worm Complheat. I don't have a manual for it. Any ideas what could be wrong?
