Quick question.
Got a bathroom that's often used and has a lot of condensation. We've got a problem with persistent mould on the ceiling.
What's a good anti-fungal paint to use? Is it worth mixing in a bit of extra anti-fungicide?

The roof terrace will need replacing in a couple of years. But till then it would be nice to seal the crack in the surface already there:
It's only that section below the step that has ruptured. No leak to below yet.
I guess I have to clean out what's there and apply plastic sealant...
I seem to have done it!
Well, half of it. I figured the trick was to dry it out and apply pressure at the same time. So a couple of G-Clamps (with a strip of flat wood to protect the surface) and a fan heater overnight, and this morning it was perfectly flat!
Now I just need to seal it...
