Baxi 105 HE - No DHW unless CH is on. No CH except pump.

Well bugger me, don't I feel a proper idiot now? I would have sworn on my life that I'd put the switches back in the right way round. Good job I didn't, I'd be dead now! Thank you very much :)

Baxi 105 HE - No DHW unless CH is on. No CH except pump.

Apologies if it wasn't clear, but that's what I did to test in #6. I took the connectors off and tested them in place.

Baxi 105 HE - No DHW unless CH is on. No CH except pump.

Current situation: CH = Pump proving switch gets activated. Pump comes on, no fan, no ignition. 60 light until boiler is reset, which stops the pump overrun. DHW = Pressure differential switch gets activated. No pump, no fan, no ignition. 60 light. CH + DHW = Pump proving switch gets...

Baxi 105 HE - No DHW unless CH is on. No CH except pump.

Both switches functioning correctly. Looks like the pushrod isn't actually coming up when asking for DHW.

Baxi 105 HE - No DHW unless CH is on. No CH except pump.

Assuming you mean the one on the diverter manifold, the pushrod is coming up and pushing the switch to the extent that it engages.

Baxi 105 HE - No DHW unless CH is on. No CH except pump.

A bit more diagnostic. It isn't the primary temperature sensor, that's reading the correct resistance. I think it's the PCB, as I'm not getting 240v where I should be on A2 5&7 or A4 3&6.

Baxi 105 HE - No DHW unless CH is on. No CH except pump.

Hi, Another Baxi 105 HE issue, been reading the threads on here all afternoon! Issue started with lukewarm/intermittent DHW, which I know from previous experience and fixing of, would be the diverter valve/pressure assembly. I replaced the two diaphragm, the two nuts (one with integral...

    uPVC Window/Doors in South Yorkshire

Hi, Need a front door and possibly one/two windows doing in the South East Yorkshire area (Not far from jct. 30 M1). Does anyone have any recommendations on decent company to do the job? You hear of cowboys all the time, but rarely the good ones - speaking of which, we did have a price from...

Hilarious Hash ups Pics - Terrible Tiling And Door Hanging

Jeez, I dunno how anyone can live with that, I struggle to live with the fact that we ended up with two slightly differing shades of tile on our walls (Same shade code, bloody B&Q). Didn't notice it when they were going on (it's a v. small bathroom, so with all tools etc. in it, couldn't really...

Drilled hole TOO BIG for screw/rawlplug

Fischer do an circular cloth/bonding mix, that you wet, and push in to the hole with the plug, and it sets in place. Wickes also sell them - branded as Wickes own, but made by Fischer.

    Slow websites

Unfortunately, if you knew what was involved, you wouldn't be saying that. If they had to make it so that there was enough bandwidth at peak times for every user to obtain a set speed, then you'd have to empty your wallet (and bank account more than likely) to pay for the service. Contrary to...

    Chimney Liner for woodburning stoves

It all depends on the flue liner already installed. There are types only suitable for gas appliances, so unless you know which it is, then you'd be better off taking it out and having a new one put in. Don't forget you need to notify building control, as a chimney is a regulated device AFAIK.

    Slow websites

It's all down to: 1) How many other people are trying to download 2) The distance the server is from you in network terms 3) If the server can cope in terms of CPU/RAM/Disk IO The servers will most likely have 100Mbit/s connections, it's just that a lot of people will probably be...
