I didn't get any one in, worked it out myself

It turns out these are the restrictor buttons. I discovered if the window is open enough to see them then push them forward. It doesn't look like they are attached to anything but there is a hidden cable or rod.

Only the bottom screw is accessible the middle one is behind the hinge arm

I had a look today and no button, I will take some better pics tomorrow.

I know but I can't see how to open them further because they are hitting the frame, the 1st floor windows are the same. I even took the glazing out to see if they had drilled a hole to get to the screw

It's a standard upvc with friction hinges, I tried to add photos but it said the files were too big.

I gave to change some hinges as the windows gave dropped and catch on the keeps. The windows only open about 20mm as the top op the window hits the wall. Because I can t open them more I can't get to all the screws. Anyone got any ideas??

It I a new motor, I put the multi meter on rhe black and brown and had a resistance on 160. I reconnected them and got the same under load. The 1st pic is the wiring of the door that won't work, the second is my other door.
