I may have to contact Keston for their advise as i also need to deal with the sanicondense if that goes on holiday unexpecdetly
Do you think it might be simpler to fit warning if pumps fail ?
I have just purchased a pump house pump ph-5-ol-hdhw to deal with dishcharge from either main pressurised cylinder & heating system safety valve
the boiler is a keston c55 system boiler
can anybody advise how to connect safety wires on this pump to keston wiring also i have a sanicondense...
It all depends on loading there are limits on how many litres per minute velocity etc
you need to make a diagram and work out demands on each circuit
i think there may be pipe size calculators on web somewhere
there is one for corgis for gas but they cannot agree how to use it

if your waste hasnt got overflow spigot & you want to use it you will have to get a bath trap with the overflow facility
other possibility is swap it for one that has goy overflow spigot

if its a living room you should put rads on coldest wall under windows if you prefer
if rads are on internal wall behind where you sit you will be in line of cold convection & will need to wrap your legs in winter

ideally you could have all supplies & valves behind a back panel which is easily removable
if you put them under the base acess is not that easy to rectify any future problems

i use hep20 plastic fittings quite a lot depending on routes hidden or not etc etc
i do not use them on chrome pipe as hardness of chrome finish stops barbs from biting & making a good joint
if the two bits of pipe you are jointing cannot move apart it might be ok

ideally you need to isolate pipework in concrete and connect proper pipe test kit pressurise to minimum 4 bar and then you will have a definite answer as to what is occuring
on new pipework i usally pressurise to 6 bar for 10 mins usually tells where the carpenter has used pipes...
thanks everybody for your input
spoke to heatray sadia today who say any two part valve is acceptable to them
have now fitted v4043h as they are readily available
everything is now running according to plan
