It hooks over 2 pins inside the frame, there is a slot cut into the frame that this slides in and onto the pins. I will make some enquiries or just install a cockspur handle, worst case. Thank you anyway.

Sorry folks, should have made it clear, boiler has been isolated and not in use, I was ordering the parts ahead of my GSR recommended engineer. Rang him and ordered all the parts, he was doing me a favour so was just getting all the seals etc in.

Hi, I'm trying to locate a seal for the Worcester Bosh 28i Junior. Its from the upper flue and sits in the upper inside rim. It connects the flue elbow to the boiler. I have enclosed some pictures, i just need to identify the part number. Thanks

Hi, a friend has removed his old switch, ditched it and tried to fit the one in the images. He did not photographh the old one before removing it. I can see he has both neutrals in a henderson block so obviously wont work but also note he has two live and two neutrals and it seems two earths...

Hi, started over again today took out stat and put a link in to check wiring. Turns out there was a small break at the 'live' end of the cable, was just allowing enough juice to light up the electrical screwdriver but not enough to link up boiler. Stripped back and rewired and now stat working...

I may have to just test both wires together to make sure it fires boiler. Will try this tomorrow, at least that will eliminate a prob at boiler side of things. I agree if black wire was reversed it should call for heat when boiler should be off etc. I did try the N/C terminal with black wire but...

Hi, yes, it comes up with the symbol for heat as per manual as well as an audible click from unit.

Well I have wired up the stat today but it won't fire up the boiler? I have wired the red to 'com' and the black wire to 'n/o' checked the boiler has correct psi and it does, both wires have power to them. The stat has a click you can hear when it reaches temp so i believe that it's working. The...
