    At the mother inlaws today to service the above boiler and the co2 max was a bit high (10.2), tried adjusting but would not alter. Set it to min rate adjusted that to the correct reading and rechecked max rate and would still not adjust, checked and cleaned burner, flue seals etc, gas rate spot...

    Boiler fires up and the red lights light up 1 at a time 30 , 40 , 50 , 60 and then the boiler shuts off and the 80 light flashes. This happens in heating and hot water the boiler only stays alight for about a minute. I have felt the pump and it feels as if it is running could it be a problem...
